At Mytreatmate Health Ease Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver transparent, ethical, and patient-centric services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled when customers book medical facilitation, advisory, travel-assist, or related support services through us.
Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
Mytreatmate acts as a medical tour facilitator providing:
We are not a hospital, clinic, or doctor, and we do not provide medical treatment ourselves.
Refunds relate only to service charges paid to Mytreatmate, not payments made directly to hospitals or third-party vendors.
If the customer is charged twice for the same service, the extra amount will be fully refunded.
If Mytreatmate has not yet started any coordination work, bookings, or documentation, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative charges.
If Mytreatmate is unable to initiate the agreed facilitation process due to unforeseen reasons, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the service fee.
If the customer cancels voluntarily after services have begun, no refund will be provided.
Once work has been initiated (appointments, consultations, documentation, coordination, etc.), the service fee is non-refundable.
If treatment is denied, the patient is declared unfit, or admission is refused based on medical evaluation, the service fee is non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for delays or cancellations caused by:
Payments made directly to hospitals are subject to the hospital’s own refund policy. Mytreatmate does not control or guarantee hospital-side refunds.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving all required documents.
All refunds are processed only via bank transfer to the customer’s registered account.
Mytreatmate reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website.
